Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a student onboarding specialist to educate users on the Student App, helping them explore and shortlist opportunities that align with their goals.

You will champion the student’s journey, influence course and university decisions, build a global community, and boost daily to monthly app usage while staying updated on evolving international education trends.

Qualifications

• Some form of global exposure and experience through education or work.
• Prior experience in Ed-tech, marketplaces, aggregators and platforms with strong multi-sided network effects.
• At-least one-two years of strong experience in supporting interactions with users/customers - this is a must as you will be working closely in leading and nurturing students from one stage to the next to help advance their objectives.
• Prior experience in working with students or a young population of users and an international team of stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the Student Mobility and International Education space working closely with students and universities
