GIPS Consultancy in Delhi seeks a senior leader for Wealth RM head role, overseeing a team of Wealth Relationship Managers and driving Liabilities product sales within the HNI segment.

The position focuses on enhancing customer experience, expanding the deposit pool through cross-selling non-deposit products, and achieving cross-functional sales targets within Relationship Banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Wealth RM team under the Relationship Banking umbrella.
• Target Liabilities product sales and customer acquisitions from HNI segment.
• Enhance customer experience for HNI clients and drive deposits through cross-selling non-deposit products.
