Job summary

GIPS Consultancy is seeking a Sr. Manager/AVP/DVP to head the Wealth RM team in Surat, Gujarat. The role focuses on leading relationship management for high‑net‑worth clients, onboarding them into the Preferred platform, and boosting deposits via cross-selling non-deposit products.

The incumbent will drive Liabilities product sales, manage a team, and work towards progressive targets in a wealth management setup tailored for premium clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and handling Liabilities products.
• Experience in wealth RM or relationship banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Head Wealth RM team and manage relationship banking for HNI clients.
• Drive onboarding of HNI customers into the Preferred and enhance deposits via non-deposit product cross-selling.
• Achieve cross-selling targets and contribute to revenue growth.
