Job summary

GIPS Consultancy in Kolkata seeks a senior branch banking professional to own branch objectives and supervise daily operations. You will drive business growth and cross-sales while overseeing a Wealth RM team to meet retail liabilities targets.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of banking experience, with 3–4 years in Retail Liabilities, proven sales exposure, and strong leadership to guide a Senior Manager level team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of banking experience with 3–4 years in Retail Liabilities
• Must have sales experience and exposure, preferably Liabilities products
• Good leadership skills; Senior Manager grade
