GIPS Consultancy in Coimbatore invites a senior banking professional to head Wealth Relationship Management. The role focuses on guiding a Wealth RM team, optimizing high-net-worth client engagement, and achieving growth through superior service and cross-sell strategies.

You will lead sales of Liabilities products, onboard HNI clients into Preferred programs, and drive enhancements of the deposit pool, while ensuring governance and target achievement within a dynamic retail bank environment.

• Grade - Senior Manager/AVP/DVP
• Relationship Banking Head and wealth RM team handling role
• Must have sales experience and Liabilities products

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Wealth RM team and manage the RM head responsibilities.
• Drive HNI onboarding to Preferred program and promote deposit pool via cross-selling Liabilities products.
