Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a seasoned Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs for branch staff across Tamil Nadu. The role involves both in-person and online learning, creating materials, and onboarding new hires.

The candidate should have 5+ years in customer service or sales training, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with e-learning platforms. Travel across zones will be required to support productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience as Customer Service or Sales professional.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person and web-based learning.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Training certification is an added advantage.
• Languages: English and Tamil.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
• Design training curriculum within time.
• Produce physical and digital educational material.
• Onboard new hires to the organization.
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitor objectives and results.
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
• Report on impact of training programs.
• Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum.
• Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center.
• Work with Regional leadership to improve branch productivity.
• Visit branches needing productivity attention.
• Travel to various regions in the assigned Zone as part of training responsibility.
• Attend training programs organized for trainers to cater to staff training needs.
