Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Graduate with strong training design and delivery skills to lead staff development across branches in Karnataka. You will design curricula, develop instructional materials, onboard new hires, and drive performance improvements through structured training programs.

You will coordinate evaluations, collect feedback, and report impact while traveling to various regions to support regional learning centers and trainer development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience as customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing both in-person and web-based training.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Additional certification in training is an added advantage.
• English and Kannada language skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
• Design training curriculum within time.
• Produce physical and digital educational material.
• Onboard new hires to the organization.
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitor objectives and results.
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
• Report on impact of training programs.
• Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum.
• Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center.
• Work with Regional leadership to improve productivity of branches.
• Visit branches that need special attention in terms of productivity.
• Travel to various regions assigned in the zone as part of training responsibility.
• Attend trainer training programs periodically to cater to staff needs.
