Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a Training Specialist to run programs for all skill levels—from basic sales to advanced techniques in a captive call-center setting. You will provide on-the-job hand-holding to help sales executives overcome objections and practice consultative selling.

You will identify training needs, implement centrally/regionally driven programs and recognition initiatives, own the training calendar, maintain dashboards, and mentor staff across the sales team, including

• Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach Consultative selling techniques.
• Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training
• Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
• Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
• Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
• Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
• Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge
