Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced Graduate with a strong background in customer service and training to lead employee development across branches in Tamil Nadu. The role involves designing curricula, delivering sessions, and coordinating e-learning initiatives.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to uplift branch performance, onboard new hires, and monitor training impact while traveling to various regions as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven work experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with training and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Certification in training is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Tamil.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
• Design training curriculum within time.
• Produce physical and digital educational material.
• Onboard new hires to the organization.
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitor objectives and results.
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
• Report on impact of training programs.
• Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum.
• Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center.
• Work in cohesion with Regional leadership in improving productivity of branches.
• Visit branches that need special attention in terms of productivity.
• Travel to various regions assigned in the Zone as part of training responsibility.
• Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.
