Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of retail or sales training experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail practices, sales techniques and customer service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver training using various methods.
• Proficient in MS Office and training software/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam (any 3).
• Hands-on LMS and instructional design experience is a plus.

• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and other training software/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
• Languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam (Any 3 languages to speak)
• Add-on: Hands-on experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and Instructional Design is an added advantage.

Fluency in Telugu is a must
