Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced Graduate to join our Training team in India. The role focuses on designing training curricula, coordinating in-person and online learning, and onboarding new hires across branches.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. Proficiency in English and Kannada is preferred, with travel across regions as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven work experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Additional training certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
• Design training curriculum within time
• Produce physical and digital educational material
• Onboard new hires to organization
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
• Monitor objectives and results
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
• Report on impact of training programs
• Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum
• Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center
• Work in cohesion with Regional leadership in improving productivity of branches
• Visit branches that needs special attention in terms of productivity
• Travel to various regions assigned in the zone as part of training responsibility
• Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff
