Job summary

FABINDIA LIMITED is seeking a Training and Development professional to lead skill, knowledge, and behavioural trainings across stores, warehouses, and hubs in line with regional guidelines.

You will deliver training to individuals or groups, oversee effectiveness, coordinate with line managers for continuous improvement, and ensure induction programs and statutory compliance training are conducted.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in L&D and training.
• Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill, knowledge, behaviour, process, and product trainings as per regional guidelines.
• Deliver training to individuals or groups and oversee training effectiveness.
• Provide feedback and coordinate with line managers for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all mandatory Induction Programs for new employees are conducted.
• Deliver statutory compliance training, including topics like Disaster readiness.
• Compile and maintain reports such as Training Logs, Assessments, Training Calendar, and Training Feedback.
• Monitor probation assessments and ensure mid-term and final reviews are completed on time.
• Regularly visit Stores, Market Warehouses, and Procurement Hubs for training and assessment activities.

Job description

- Provide feedback and coordinate with line managers for continuous improvement.

- Ensure all mandatory Induction Programs are conducted for new employees.

- Ensure employees receive training as per statutory compliance, including topics like Disaster

- Compile and maintain reports, such as Training Logs, **Assessments, **Training Calendar, and

-Training Feedback on a monthly/fortnightly basis.

- Monitor employee assessments during the probation period and ensure mid-term and final reviews are completed on time.

- Regularly visit Stores, Market Warehouses, and **Procurement Hubs for employee training and

assessment activities.

Experience : 3-4 years of experience in L&D and training.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
