Job summary

Licious is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Trainer to drive all training initiatives across the NCR Production Center. The role focuses on enhancing workforce capability, improving operational efficiency and maintaining consistent training standards.

The candidate will conduct inductions, role-based assessments, and deliver training on food safety, process, and compliance while tracking metrics and collaborating with HR and Central L&D to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: HR/Training/Operations).
• 2–5 years of experience in L&D/Training.
• Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end training initiatives for NCR PC.
• Conduct induction and LTO and role-based assessments for new joiners.
• Deliver functional, behavioral, food safety, process, compliance and skill-based training.
• Identify training needs through stakeholder interactions, audits and performance gaps.
• Design and implement refresher and on the job training programs.
• Drive multiskilling, cross-functional skill development and machine certification for shop floor employees.
• Conduct mandatory training programs including food safety, POSH and other compliance requirements.
• Track and report training metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Central L&D teams to align learning initiatives with business and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in training content and delivery.
• Manage the PC training calendar, scheduling, execution and training records.
