Job summary

Genxhire Services is seeking a Training lead to identify training requirements and develop and execute plans for training new and existing employees across the organization in India. The role encompasses training need analysis, administration, trainer development, assessments, module creation and delivery to drive performance.

The candidate will monitor training effectiveness and ROI, design learning materials, manage induction/onboarding, and collaborate with Sales, HR and Marketing to ensure

Qualifications

• Identify low-scoring competency areas, discuss with HOD, assessments and market certification.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, ROI, and report findings.
• Draw an individualized training plan addressing needs and expectations.
• Track productivity KPIs (strike rate, coverage, volume targets, billing efficiency) to identify training needs.
• Maintain up-to-date training methods and best practices.

Responsibilities

Training Need Analysis

• Identify low-scoring competency areas, discussion with HOD, Assessments and Market certification.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
• Monitor productivity improvement KPI such as Strike rate, coverage, volume targets and billing efficiency & identify training need.

Training Administration

• Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors.
• Collect information from senior management and other departments regarding how well employees retain information and use the concepts learned in training courses.
• Administer tests after the completion of training courses to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.
• Create printed and instructional materials to be distributed during training.
• Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees.
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Train the Trainer

• Training of Trainer team on different modules as per annual business plan.
• Provide timely training and instructional design to the trainers.
• Updating training team on all new changes and new agenda of the company.

Assessments & Effectiveness

• Review existing New Hire Certification/re-certification/quizzing processes frequently and measure effectiveness.
• Designing and executing annual and quarterly assessments of all levels in sales.
• Design & execute Market certification process.

Module Development

• Drive design, development and delivery of all ongoing, new-hire, re training, and other programs and allocating resources required for the same.
• Research and experiment of new processes/systems to improve training function.

Training Feedback Analysis for continual improvement in training function.

• Preparing handouts, Modules, question papers as or when required.

Training Delivery

• Developing and delivering training that meet business needs.
• Selecting and managing resources to develop and deliver training.
• Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
• Conducting online sessions for Team.
• On the job training with Sales team.
• Support onboarding of new sales staff with structured Induction and Field immersion.

Sales Process Excellence & Digital Learning

• Standardize sales processes for order booking, Beat Planning, Merchandising and Cooler management.
• Implement SOPs across GT and MT channels.
• Ensure on- ground discipline through periodic joint market working and On the Job Trainings.
• Develop micro-learning modules, videos, SOP documents and playbooks
• Manage LMS platform and drive learning completion.

Review and Reporting

• Helping Training coordinator in preparing reports and dashboard.
• Tracking training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, Marketing, HR for performance enhancement needs.
