Job summary

Royal Enfield in Gurgaon invites a Regional Trainer to develop and deliver training programs across the designated region, travel frequently to multiple sites, and ensure employees gain the knowledge and skills to perform effectively.

You will design curricula, conduct needs assessments, deliver engaging sessions, monitor outcomes, and stay current with industry best practices. This office-based role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience; apparel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably regional or multi-site.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organisation.
