Job summary

Mindray in Gurugram/Delhi NCR is seeking a service professional to support PMLS product lines including rigid scope, energy platform, and surgical devices. The role focuses on installation, operation, repair, maintenance, disinfection, and training for customers.

The candidate will explore channel support, ensure customer satisfaction, and travel frequently to meet service targets. Prior clinical or medical device experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
• 2+ years in medical device engineering or technical support; laparoscopic background preferred.
• Strong teaching, communication, and analytical skills; willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service for PMLS product line, covering rigid scope, energy platform, and surgical products.
• Provide channel technical support and training, including installation, operation, repair, and sterilization.
• Address major complaints and resolve customer issues in a closed loop.
• Meet business indicators; improve installation mapping and channel stock backup.
• Follow up on new product operation and customer satisfaction.
• Research India endoscopic service market and optimize service strategies.

Job Description:

Reporting to - Regional Service Manager (India).
Location - Gurugram / Delhi NCR

Responsibility:

• 1. Responsible for PMLS product line service delivery, focusing on rigid scope、energy platform 、surgical products and other products
• 2. Channel technical support and training empowerment, including installation, operation, repair, maintenance, disinfection and sterilization, etc.
• 3. Follow up on major complaints and solve customer problems in a closed loop
• 4. Complete the companys established business indicators, including but not limited to improving customer installation maps, channel backup stock , etc.
• 5. New product customer Operation/usage follow-up, and customer satisfaction follow-up
• 6. Market research on endoscopic services in India and optimization of service strategies

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree or above, Electronics and Biomedical Engineering major preferred;
• Experience: Over 2 years of experience as an engineer or technical support staff member in the medical device industry, laparoscopic background preferred;
• Knowledge and Skills: Excellent teaching and communication skills; strong information gathering and analysis abilities; adaptable to frequent travel; adaptable to cross-cultural environments;
• English can be used as a working language; overseas study or work experience preferred;
• Familiar with computer and office software; IT background preferred.

Requirements:
