Vishal Surgical Equipment in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Biomedical Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for medical devices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance at customer sites.

You'll conduct site visits for installation, calibration, maintenance and repair, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints while building strong customer relationships through clear communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor/B.E. in Biomedical or equivalent.
• 1–4 years’ experience in biomedical engineering or medical equipment service.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices, installation, maintenance and repair procedures.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently at customer sites.

• Provide technical support to customers for medical devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a related field (medical equipment sales & service).
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Biomedical or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of biomedical engineering principles, medical devices, and equipment installation/maintenance/repair procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently at customer sites.
