Job summary

Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. seeks a Regional Technical Support Engineer in Gurugram/Delhi NCR to deliver service for PMLS products, provide channel technical support and training, and address customer issues in a closed loop.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering, 2+ years in medical devices, strong teaching/communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently. English working language and IT familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, Electronics and Biomedical Engineering major preferred.
• Experience: Over 2 years of experience as an engineer or technical support staff member in the medical device industry, laparoscopic background preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills: Excellent teaching and communication skills; strong information gathering and analysis abilities; adaptable to frequent travel; adaptable to cross-cultural environments.
• English can be used as a working language; overseas study or work experience preferred.
• Familiar with computer and office software; IT background preferred.

• Complete the company's established business indicators, including but not limited to improving customer installation maps, channel backup stock, etc.
• New product customer operation/usage follow-up, and customer satisfaction follow-up
• Market research on endoscopic services in India and optimization of service strategies

2. Channel technical support and training empowerment, including installation, operation, repair, maintenance, disinfection and sterilization, etc.
