• Provide on-site technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Handle troubleshooting in case of any technical issues during deployment.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct training sessions for hospital staff after product installation.
• Maintain proper reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering / computer science engineering (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology related to OT and ICU devices.

Training will be provided. After training, candidate will also train client teams.
