Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical or CS.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Linux, networking or medical device knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, on-site work and Pan India travel.
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and hospital trials.
• Assist with installation, setup and commissioning.

• Provide first-level technical and application support.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with Service/Technical teams.
