Responsibilities

• Install machines and respond to breakdown calls.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by customers.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and escalate issues as needed.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues in real time.
• Gather feedback on product performance and suggest improvements to relevant teams.
• Travel extensively from Hubli to various locations.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and deep equipment understanding; willingness to travel.
• Manage multiple tasks independently and work toward targets; field travel up to 15 days per month.

• Strong customer-handling and communication skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated individual. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to travel in the field for 15 days per month (subject to requirement, duration may vary).
