Job summary

Three Points Medical Systems is seeking a Technical Sales & Service Engineer to promote, install, service, and support medical equipment across hospitals and clinics. The role blends technical aptitude with sales acumen and requires extensive travel across the assigned territory.

You will conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, coordinate with service and logistics teams, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices, installation, maintenance, and servicing.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals and doctors.
• Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and service reports.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and service activities.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, and Service teams for orders and payments.
• Travel extensively within the territory to support sales and service.

Job Summary

The Technical Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for promoting, installing, servicing, and supporting medical equipment while building strong customer relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical professionals. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to drive business growth while ensuring excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, healthcare institutions, and doctors.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Install, commission, and configure medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment.
• Provide product training and operational guidance to doctors, biomedical engineers, OT staff, and hospital personnel.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, installation reports, service reports, and customer visit reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, equipment history, and sales opportunities in the company CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Accounts, Logistics, and Service Coordination teams for order execution, dispatch, installation, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely response to customer service requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements, and provide regular feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support sales and service activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales, Technical Service, Biomedical Engineering, or Healthcare Technology.
• Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and healthcare equipment.
• Good understanding of installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment servicing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and service documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
