Kennovation Software Services Pvt. Ltd. in Baner, Pune, invites freshers and candidates with relevant experience to join as a medical device support specialist. You will demonstrate products, assist with installation and commissioning, and train hospital staff across India.

On-site support in OT/ICU environments and travel across India are required; training will be provided to new hires. Office is located in Baner, Pune.

Formación

• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical or Computer Science.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Linux, networking or medical device knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, on-site work and travel Pan India.
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct product demonstrations and hospital trials.
• Assist with installation, setup and commissioning.
• Train surgeons, nurses, biomedical engineers and hospital staff.
• Provide first-level technical and application support.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with Service/Technical teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and Product teams.
• Maintain customer visit, training and support records.
• Provide on-site support in OT/ICU environments.
• Travel across India as required.
