POST A RESUME HR Consultancy is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead and coach a regional sales team in Pune. The role focuses on building capabilities, driving performance, and achieving budgeted targets through strong leadership.

You will drive business development, forecast monthly demand, implement company policies, and develop KOLs while ensuring efficient logistics and team retention for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 6 years’ experience as Regional Sales Manager.
• Building & coaching the team.
• Steering the region with strong leadership values for business development.
• You will ensure achievement of budget.
• Successfully driving the team in terms of performance, retention & development.
• Implementation of Company policies and strategies.
• Monthly demand/Sales forecasting.
• KOL development.
• Logistic Control in an efficient way.
