Job summary

Aluplast is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Leader in Mumbai to drive growth across builders and developers, and to promote products to Architects, Developers and Interior Designers. The role requires 10–12 years of regional sales experience and a strong track record in building credible C-level relationships.

You will manage partner accounts end-to-end, forecast sales, analyze data, and coordinate with marketing and finance to keep an efficient sales operation while meeting ambitious quotas.

Responsibilities

• Secure project orders with builders and developers.
• Promote organization and products to Architects, Developers & Interior Designers.
• Manage partner accounts from lead generation to payment collection.
• Forecast regional sales and set annual quotas.
• Analyze sales data to project targets and identify new markets.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
• Train client sales teams.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction across departments.
• Oversee payments and overdue follow-ups with finance.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel 3–5x the business plans.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Work with reputed builders and developers to secure project orders
• Promoting the organization and products to Architects, Developers & Interior Designers
• Manage Partner accounts from supporting lead generation to payment collection
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume
• Reviews and analyses sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine targets and identify potential new markets & clients
• Tracking competition activity
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• Conduct training of our clients sales team
• Coordinating internally along with the marketing, technical & internal sales department to ensure customer satisfaction & taking corrections if required
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
• Oversee Payment & Overdue follow-up along with the finance & Controlling Department.
• Focus on Key Account Manager and Business Development activities as well.
• Maintaining a healthy funnel @ 3-5 times the Business Plans.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have any bachelors degree or related field with minimum 10-12 years of experience.
• Should have a strong track record of success within prior experience in a regional sales role.
• Should possess solid and credible relationships with key decision makers in the region.
• Should be highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Should have strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
