Job summary

Dyaus Infosoft is seeking a dynamic Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for diverse client requirements in a fast-growing setup.

You will source candidates from portals and social networks, screen telephonically, coordinate interviews, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.

This role offers exposure to multiple industries, performance-based incentives, and growth opportunities with a hands-on, target-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms will be preferred.
