The Search House is seeking experienced recruitment professionals to manage the full hiring cycle for multiple clients across India. The role offers flexible work options including office, coworking spaces, or remote setups, and emphasizes building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2 to 20 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, mandatory recruitment consultancy background, and strong sourcing skills on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding requirements and sourcing to offer and closure.
• Handle multiple open positions across different clients simultaneously.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Support business development by identifying and engaging new client opportunities.

Primary Locations: Delhi(NCR), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Ludhiana , Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad OR Any where in India.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Mode: Work from Office or Co-work space or Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding requirements and sourcing to offer and closure
• Handle multiple open positions across different clients at the same time
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other relevant platforms
• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers
• Support business development by identifying and engaging new client opportunities

Required Experience & Skills

• 2-20 years ( Yrs no Bar}of end-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to closure.
• Client acquisition would be a plus
• Prior recruitment consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time
• Hands-on with recruitment portals other relevant platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills

Work Arrangement

We are open to different working options, depending on the candidate's profile and location:

1. Work from Office: Bengaluru (Ulsoor Road office) or any cowork space PAN India
2. Remote : Remote candidates must have their own laptop, a reliable internet connection and a smartphone for work communication.
