Job summary

R2R Consultants LLP in Mumbai is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms. You will screen, interview and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and handle salary negotiations and offer closures.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines, manage follow-ups, and contribute to a collaborative, incentives-driven work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staffing or consultancy hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
