Job summary

JITO World in Mumbai is seeking an HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of core recruitment experience to source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close candidates. This onsite role requires strong sourcing, interview skills, and proactive candidate management across multiple vacancies.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, liaise with hiring managers, and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on core recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage salary discussions and offer coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Handle multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
