Job summary

CricKingdom India Private Limited is hiring a Recruitment Executive (End-to-end cycle) to manage full-cycle hiring from requisition to joining. The role is work-from-home with a ₹4.0 Lakhs annual package and requires 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.

You will source candidates through portals and social networks, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and maintain a tight recruitment tracker to meet targets in a fast-paced, EdTech/startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably end-to-end hiring.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and multiple-position recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking ability.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Highly organised, target-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
• Sports, Education, EdTech, academy, or Startup recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining.
• Understand hiring requirements from Academy, Sales, Coaching, Operations and Corporate teams.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and recruitment networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and negotiations.
• Handle offer rollout, documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Coordinate with HR/management for onboarding and joining.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and hiring cost.
