Job summary

Shhambhawee Services in India is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. You will handle end-to-end hiring, align manpower requirements and craft sourcing strategies.

The role demands strong sourcing, screening, and interpersonal skills to manage bulk hiring across manufacturing projects. You will liaise with clients and internal teams, maintain MIS, and drive timely closures.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR is required.
• 1–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing recruitment preferred.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and plan sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references and social media.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
• Coordinate client/company interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for recruitment needs.
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS and reports.
• Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
