Job summary

Piramal Finance in Bengaluru is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring in the Human Resources / Talent Acquisition team.

You will coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, schedule interviews, maintain records and trackers, and follow up on documentation, offers, joining dates, and onboarding to ensure a smooth joining process. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: MBA (HR/Recruitment) or B.Tech/BE from a recognized institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
• Good coordination and follow-up capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
