Job summary

Varsha Financial Services Llp is seeking a recruitment professional to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews. You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on sourcing experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies with high attention

Job description

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding/joining.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
• Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment targets, interview schedules, offers, and joining status.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
