Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer status.
• Coordinate salary discussions and release offer letters.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
• Track candidate joining status and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Meet recruitment targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
