Job summary

Kotak Life in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and coordinate hiring for non-sales roles. You will ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to hiring timelines.

You will engage with hiring managers and candidates, manage interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding, and contribute to process improvements using MS Excel and ATS portals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience for non-sales, entry to mid-level positions
• Graduate education required
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes

Responsibilities

• Source resumes through job portals, social media and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback closure.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for selected candidates and participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition improvements.

To do sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring for assigned roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to defined hiring processes and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing
