Job summary

AVE Promagne in Delhi is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional with 2-4 years of experience to handle end-to-end hiring. You will collaborate with department heads to understand requirements, create job descriptions, post openings, source candidates, and screen applicants.

You will also coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage candidate pipelines, and negotiate offers. You will ensure smooth onboarding and joining processes with IT and Admin teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and department heads.
• Prepare job descriptions and post them on job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video screening.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and collect feedback.
• Keep a tracker of open positions, candidate pipeline and hiring status, and share regular updates with stakeholders.
• Discuss compensation and notice periods with shortlisted candidates; negotiate offers and close candidates within budget; prepare and release offer letters, and follow up until the candidate joins.
• Complete pre-joining formalities and documentation; plan the joining process and induction for new employees; coordinate with IT, Admin and department heads so that everything is ready on the joining day.
