Job summary

First Meridian Business Services in India is seeking an IT/Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to candidate joining. You will source candidates across portals, social media, and referrals, screen resumes, and conduct initial HR/technical screening.

You will coordinate and schedule interviews, maintain calendars, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukai, Indeed or other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and preferably an ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage interview calendars and ensure candidates and interviewers are properly informed.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and maintain regular communication.
• Follow up with hiring managers/interviewers for interview feedback and status updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and background verification where applicable.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and work effectively against hiring targets and deadlines.
