Job summary

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
• Develop talent pipelines for Engineering and Heavy Equipment-related positions.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions as per business requirements.

Compensation & Employment

• Salary: 25,000 per month
• Payroll: The selected candidate will be employed on a Third-Party Payroll basis.
