Job summary

Innodata Inc. seeks a Bulk Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume hiring, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and engage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases, tracking progress with recruitment MIS and Excel/Sheets, and drive offers and joining.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with bulk or high-volume hiring is preferred.
• Strong sourcing through job portals and social networks.

Job description

We are looking for a Bulk Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage high-volume recruitment requirements and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/high-volume hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial telephonic/virtual assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets.
• Drive candidates through the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and joining.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
• Meet defined daily/weekly/monthly hiring and sourcing targets.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide timely market feedback.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining candidate quality.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and other bulk-hiring initiatives when required.

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in bulk or volume hiring.
• Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex, referrals, and other job portals.
• Excellent candidate engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment metrics.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
• Strong negotiation and offer-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from BPO/KPO, IT/ITES, staffing, consulting, operations, shared services, or high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
