Job summary

Bookmyflights is seeking a hands-on HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR activities. You will work closely with management to source candidates, conduct interviews, close positions, manage onboarding and support employees.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, maintaining pipelines, onboarding and HR documentation, attendance and performance reviews. Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn is essential.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong sourcing and end-to-end hiring experience.
• Proficient with Naukri, LinkedIn and Excel/Sheets.
