Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Mumbai seeks an HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles in Thane/Prabhadevi.

You will screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial HR interviews, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases and trackers, and work to achieve timely closures while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Experience with Naukri/LinkedIn and other recruitment portals preferred.
