You will source profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, and maintain recruitment trackers to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in executive search or recruitment consultancy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work within timelines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment trackers.
