Job summary

Ascend Capital in Jaipur is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions. You'll source candidates via major portals and referrals, screen and interview applicants, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage onboarding formalities.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a recognized institute (Mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Fresh MBA/PGDM graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with major sourcing portals: Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed.
• Ability to assess candidates and conduct structured screening interviews.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for recruitment trackers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Collection, Operations, Technology, Product, and other business functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and hiring criteria.
• Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
• Follow up with candidates through interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle and support employer branding.
