Job summary

Vashi Electricals in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The role focuses on bulk and lateral hiring, managing 20+ open positions, and building strong candidate pipelines.

You will drive hiring drives, campus programs, and targeted sourcing, while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure timely decisions and smooth offers. Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience in bulk and lateral hiring is essential.
• Managing 20+ concurrent requisitions across functions/locations.
• Strong sourcing via portals, Boolean/X-ray techniques, and outreach.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles from sourcing to joining.
• Drive bulk hiring through walk-ins, hiring drives, campus programs, and other channels.
• Handle niche and mid-to-senior lateral hiring with targeted sourcing.
• Manage 20+ open requisitions while maintaining quality and TAT.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, manage expectations, and drive timely interview decisions.
• Oversee offer negotiations, counter-offers, pre-joining engagement and closure.
• Track TAT, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Maintain ATS records and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple concurrent positions, from sourcing to joining.


• Drive bulk hiring through walk-ins, hiring drives, campus programs, and other channels.


• Handle niche and mid-to-senior lateral hiring through targeted sourcing.


• Manage 20+ open requisitions while maintaining quality and TAT.


• Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Indeed, IIM Jobs, referrals, consultants, and Boolean/X-ray search.


• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.


• Partner with hiring managers, manage expectations, and drive timely interview decisions.


• Handle offer negotiations, counter‑offers, pre‑joining engagement, and closure.


• Track TAT, source effectiveness, cost‑per‑hire, and offer‑to‑joining ratio.


• Maintain accurate ATS records and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of hands‑on recruitment experience; generalist/HR operations experience not required.


• Strong proven experience in bulk and lateral hiring.


• Experience managing 20+ concurrent requisitions across functions/locations.


• Strong job portal, Boolean/X-ray sourcing, stakeholder‑management, and; negotiation‑skills..


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Experience in industrial, B2B, retail, manufacturing, or sales/operations-driven sectors preferred.
