Job summary

Extreme Media in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, source through Naukri and LinkedIn, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment tracker while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Must have strong sourcing and screening skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline / recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Track offer acceptance, joining status and closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring and critical positions.
• Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

• Prior experience handling end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment deadlines simultaneously.
• Good follow-up, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Should be proactive, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
