Job summary

Digitos Technologies in India is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition across IT and non-IT roles. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews in partnership with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with leading portals, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with major job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of interview techniques and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
