Job summary

Dynamic Talent Acquistion Pune is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding in Pune, Maharashtra.

You will source candidates, screen, conduct HR interviews, coordinate with IT/Admin for onboarding, and maintain records while building a talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR) or graduate with HR focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment

• Understand manpower requirements from respective departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Negotiate salaries and discuss employment terms.
• Generate offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Onboarding

• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and document collection.
• Share joining instructions and company policies with selected candidates.
• Prepare onboarding documentation, employee files, and HR records.
• Coordinate with Admin and IT teams for workstation, email ID, and asset allocation.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Ensure completion of joining formalities, including forms, agreements, and compliance documents.
• Maintain employee database and onboarding trackers.
• Support new employees during the initial onboarding period.

Required Skills

Qualification

• MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or any graduate degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or experience in Recruitment/HR Operations.
• Knowledge of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
