TeamLease is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter in India to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role includes sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and referrals, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The position focuses on timely closures, salary negotiations, onboarding, and maintaining trackers to meet recruitment targets. You will handle multiple requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
• Negotiate salary and joining timelines with selected candidates.
• Ensure smooth offer, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
