Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirements gathering to candidate onboarding.

The role involves sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other portals, and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers and clients. You will screen resumes, assess both technical and communication skills, negotiate terms, and build a robust talent pipeline.

• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from requirements to onboarding.
• Sourcing candidates through major portals and social networks.
• Strong understanding of IT tech domains like Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML.
• Excellent communication, interview coordination, and negotiation skills.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Full Stack, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
