Job summary

Qualifications

• End-to-end IT recruitment experience.
• Sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and others.
• Knowledge of IT tech stack including Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office, and ATS.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and quality hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and hiring practices.
